1. About us
WatchGirls.now ("we", "us") runs the website at watchgirls.now. We are a directory of live webcam shows and an affiliate of Chaturbate. We do not host, record or stream any video: every live stream, thumbnail and chat you see is delivered by Chaturbate. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It does not cover Chaturbate; when you use Chaturbate's player, chat or website, its own privacy policy applies.
2. Adults only
This site is for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has created an account, email privacy@watchgirls.now and we will delete it.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account: your username, your password and, only if you choose to add it, your email address. We store your password only as a salted scrypt hash, never in readable form. We also store the site language you signed up in.
- Sign in with Google: if you use it, Google tells us your Google account ID and, if Google has verified it, your email address. We do not receive your name, photo, contacts or Google password.
- Favorites: the models you save to your favorites list.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: when your browser requests a page, our servers record your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, your browser's user agent and language, and an approximate location (country, region, city) and network provider looked up from your IP address.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks on rooms, searches, filters, device and browser type, and approximate location. When you are signed in, we send Google Analytics a pseudonymous ID derived from your account number (never your username or email) so visits across devices are counted once.
- Cookies: see section 7.
Information from Chaturbate
If you click one of our links and then sign up or buy tokens on Chaturbate, Chaturbate sends us a conversion report so we can be paid our commission. It contains the type of conversion, our commission amount, the link it came from, Chaturbate's internal ID for the referred account, and the country, region, language and device type of that user. It does not contain your name, Chaturbate username, password or payment details, and we do not connect it to your WatchGirls.now account.
4. How we use your information
- To run your account, keep you signed in and save your favorites (performing our agreement with you).
- To show the site in your language and show rooms suited to your region.
- To keep the site secure: rate limiting, blocking abuse and automated attacks, and investigating misuse (our legitimate interest in a safe service).
- To measure and improve the site through analytics (our legitimate interest, or your consent where the law requires it).
- To account for affiliate commissions and keep financial records (our legitimate interest and legal obligations).
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Chaturbate (Multi Media, LLC): to fetch the list of live rooms we pass your IP address to Chaturbate's room API, and when a page shows a live player, chat or Chaturbate ad, your browser connects to Chaturbate directly, which lets Chaturbate see your IP address and set its own cookies.
- Google: Google Analytics (described above) and, if you use it, Sign in with Google.
- Service providers that host our servers and database (including DigitalOcean), acting on our instructions.
- Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
- A successor if our business or this website is sold or transferred; they will be bound by this policy.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data and favorites: until you delete your account. Deleting it removes them immediately.
- Sign-in sessions: up to 30 days, or until you log out.
- Server logs: up to 3 years, for security and fraud investigation.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
- Conversion reports from Chaturbate: kept as financial records and not deleted.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use the cookies below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block the essential ones, signing in and the age confirmation will not work.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on.
8. Your rights and choices
- Delete your account at any time from your account page. It takes effect immediately.
- Access, correct, export or delete your information, or object to or restrict how we use it: email privacy@watchgirls.now from the address on your account or tell us your username. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm the request comes from you.
- EU, UK and Swiss residents also have the right to complain to their data protection authority.
- California and other US state residents have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
9. Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, store passwords only as salted hashes, store sign-in tokens only as hashes, and encrypt connections to our database. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
10. Where your information is stored
Our servers and database are in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from yours.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, show a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
