1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and WatchGirls.now ("we", "us") for your use of watchgirls.now (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these terms and our Privacy & Cookies Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

2. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if all of the following are true:

• you are at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority where you live;
• viewing adult material is legal where you are;
• you are not offended by sexually explicit material and you choose to view it;
• you will not let any minor see the Site or use your account.

We may report suspected access by minors or any suspected child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement. Report concerns to legal@watchgirls.now.

3. What the Site is

The Site is a directory of live webcam shows broadcast on Chaturbate, a service run by Multi Media, LLC. We are an independent affiliate: we do not produce, host, record, stream or control any performer, show, chat or video. All live streams, images and chat are delivered by Chaturbate, and your use of Chaturbate (including its chat, account, token purchases and private shows) is governed by Chaturbate's own terms. We are not responsible for Chaturbate's content, services or decisions, and we cannot process refunds, purchases or account issues on Chaturbate.

Performer pages show the public room information Chaturbate publishes (name, tags, and the age, location and languages the performer chose to show) plus when we last saw the room live. Performers can ask us to remove their page at legal@watchgirls.now.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement: WatchGirls.now is not a "producer" (primary or secondary) of any visual content on the Site. All such content is provided and hosted by Chaturbate, which keeps the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75; see Chaturbate's § 2257 compliance statement.

4. Affiliate links

Links and ads on the Site that lead to Chaturbate are affiliate links. If you sign up, buy tokens or become a broadcaster after following one, we may earn a commission. This costs you nothing extra and does not affect what you pay.

5. Your account

• An account is free and optional. It lets you save favorites.
• Give accurate information, use one account per person, and do not choose a username that impersonates someone, is offensive, or contains contact details or links.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at legal@watchgirls.now if you think it has been misused.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account page.
• We may suspend or delete an account, or block access to the Site, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or to protect the Site or other users.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or exploit anyone;
• record, capture, download or redistribute any performer's stream or images;
• scrape, crawl or copy the Site with bots or automated tools beyond what normal search engines do, or overload it;
• try to get around security, rate limits, the age confirmation, or anyone else's account;
• upload or send malware, or interfere with the Site's operation;
• use the Site to advertise or to send spam.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logos and code belong to us or our licensors. Performer content, names, images and Chaturbate's trademarks belong to their owners. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, sell or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Copyright complaints

Because the video and images are hosted by Chaturbate, the fastest way to remove them is to contact Chaturbate directly. You may also send us a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act at legal@watchgirls.now. Include: your contact details; the work you say is infringed; the exact URL(s) on the Site; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will remove or disable access to the material on the Site where appropriate.

9. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any performer will be online, or that room information (such as age, location or tags, which performers provide to Chaturbate) is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE LINKED FROM IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE IS LIMITED TO US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that result from your breaking these terms or the law while using the Site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. If you live in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes and general terms

We may change these terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, show a notice on the Site; continuing to use the Site afterwards means you accept the new terms. We may change or stop any part of the Site at any time. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy & Cookies Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
